Snow!

We've gotten snow a little earlier than usual this year, along with much of the rest of the Pacific NW. It continues to fall here. I am blissfully happy about this, as I do love the snow and cold weather. Saturday we headed out in Rovey for a short little drive to one of our favorite spots. We took the camera along, and set it to the RAW setting. Because Frank wanted to mess with the RAW photos, and I would love to add that knowledge to my arsenal also, although I have woefully little time to learn Photoshop with JPEG images as it is, so not really sure what I'm thinking there, but anyway it was a gorgeous day, and a ton of fun. I edited just a few of these, most of them are Franks.

This spot is SO lovely and amazing.

Debris on the moon...
And, my all time favorite picture from the day.

  10. Beeeautiful! LOVE that last picture, so awesome. Don't feel bad about RAW. I don't want to mess with it, either. But they say it rocks, and judging from these pics, the editing capabilities are phenomenal!

  11. I like the snow. I love your NORMAL photographs. I agree, I love that last one. BUT, I don't understand why in the sky one is purple and one is pink?

  12. Oh.My.Goodness. Again, soooo jealous! Gorgeous pics, especially that last one. Hope you're printing some of these and displaying them somewhere. So beautiful! Glad you're enjoying an early blessing of white. And let me know how you like raw vs. jpeg. I'm contemplating the switch, but not sure it's worth it.
